Innovative flooring solutions from Dr. Schulze at EPF show
Dr. Schulze GmbH is using this year’s EPF trade fair to present its solutions for floor processing and joint repair.
In Feuchtwangen, we will primarily be presenting our new machine package for high-precision milling of industrial floors (VNA warehouses, large areas, etc.). This package consists of the fully automatic, laser-controlled milling machine LASER CAMEL, which enables a material removal rate of up to 25 mm per pass and tolerances of up to ±1 mm over a length of 50 meters, as well as the automatic dust extraction system WOLF MAX with radio remote control and integrated feed drive. We also offer a fully automatic floor profiler DRAGONFLY with a measuring accuracy of 0.01 mm and evaluation options according to TR34 and ACI F-min.

Focus on floor and expansion joint repair
Another focus of our EPF trade fair presentation is the repair of expansion joints and various floor defects. Especially in the area of screed and industrial flooring, the professional treatment of joints plays a crucial role in the longevity and quality of the entire surface.
With Metzger/McGuire products, offered by us exclusively in Europe, we present a comprehensive solution for the fast (usually dry after 10-15 minutes), durable and colorfast repair of any floor defects. We also offer innovative products for repairing or refilling heavily stressed expansion joints, allowing for flush-mounted joints without chamfering, thus ensuring floor continuity.
