Mature production processes, trained and experienced employees, strict incoming inspection of purchased materials, permanent production monitoring, as well as a complete and documented quality control of finished products, ensure our customers the highest level of quality and reliability. Each tool from our production is given an individual serial number after inspection in accordance with the applicable safety standards. This provides information about the entire production process even after years. Our active participation in VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V.) , VDS (Verband der Deutschen Schleifmittelhersteller), FEPA (Federation of European Producers of Abrasives), as well as in numerous other working groups and committees allows us to always stay up to date with the latest developments in standardization, quality assurance and innovations.

Due to the existing manufacturing capabilities, we are always able to supply customer-specific tools at short notice, adapted to the material to be machined, the respective machine, the special material geometry or other circumstances. Ongoing support and tool customization ensures you get the best possible results, even for the most difficult requirements. Furthermore, we have analysis capabilities of the materials to be cut.

In addition to our extensive range of standard machines for construction, we are always able to manufacture special machines for special cutting and drilling tasks. Together with you, we determine the restrictions for the machine design and then manufacture it under strict quality control. We are also happy to support you during the subsequent commissioning.

For our entire range of construction machines we provide full guarantee for the 12 months period (except for wear parts and damage due to improper use – see our warranty conditions). Even after the warranty period has expired, we can assure you of immediate repair processing and spare parts supply for many years to come.
